Returns & Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at returns@yugen-skin.com within this period.

After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the item back. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full purchase price (excluding original shipping costs, if applicable) within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original order.
